DIY homemade shots recipies….
1. Turmeric, pineapple and ginger shots
Good for : Immunity, Detoxifying, reducing inflammation
Ingredients:
100grams of turmeric roots (Raw)
50 gram of ginger roots
50 gram of pineapple
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients till smooth. Strain the liquid in a bottle.
- Refrigerate it. Can be consumed within a week.
Turmeric has an active compound called “Curcumin” in it that has anti-inflammatory properties thus helps reducing inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract.It is a detoxifying & immunity boosting dose of wellness.pineapple here adds a sweet punch to the taste , it really enhances the flavour.
**Alternative to this shot, you can take one cm of raw turmeric root and a small piece of jaggery and chew them together in one go, follow with half a glass of water.This is an excellent way to include turmeric and that too Curcumin. It stains the tongue for some time but it’s worth it!

2. Ginger, lemon and ACV shots!!
Good for: weight loss,weight management,reduces bloating
Ingredients:
100 ml ginger juice
100 ml lemon juice
100 ml ACV
To make ginger juice, equal quantity of ginger and water is needed. So to make 100ml of ginger juice, 70grams of ginger and 70 ml of water is required.
Method:
- At first make the ginger juice . Then pour the lemon juice and ACV along with the ginger juice in a bottle. Refrigerate.
- The high amount of ACV in this shot helps it to last for a max of 10 days.

1 red apple
2 cups of fresh Spinach leaves
1 cup of coconut water

- strain the liquid into the storing vessel and refrigerate.Can be consumed upto 1 week.

5. Aloe Vera Shots!!!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of ginger juice
1/2 cup of lemon juice
1 cup of aloe juice
1/2 cup of water
Method:
- blend the aloe vera pulp until smooth and strain it. Do not over do as we don’t want to rise the temperature of the gel.
- mix the other ingredients and store it in the refrigerator. you can add little honey to enhance the flavour before taking the shot.
