Born on 27th April 1988, Lizzo is an American pop singer, songwriter and rapper. Her real name is Melissa Viviane Jefferson. For the past couple of years she has been in news for her great performances and rapping career, which the sources revealed she started rapping at the age of 14 only! Thereafter she mingled with a lot of musicians and had to change her name to lizzo which altogether gives a different vibe!

Lizzo started her weight loss journey in 2020 when she revealed that she was going through a 10 days detox smoothie diet!!!But this was not appreciated by her fans as they thought detox smoothie diet won’t work!Lizzo then switched to vegan weight loss diet,completely quitted salt and sugar!Lizzo was suggested not to take unhealthy junk foods like pizza or burger and this allowed her to include more and more fruits and veggies in her diet.Her personal nutritionist took care so that she cuts down the extra calorie intake and stick with healthy foods throughout the weight loss journey!!
